Functional testing of ERP systems - Food manufacturing or distribution industry - Outside IR35 - Remote.

We have an urgent need for a System Integration Test Manager to lead the functional testing of a newly implemented solution. This role is critical to validating that business processes are accurately supported by the ERP system, ensuring operational readiness and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on functional test activities across integrated modules.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in functional testing of ERP systems, ideally within the food manufacturing or distribution industry.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and how they are represented in ERP systems.
• Proficiency in test management tools (eg, JIRA,).
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive testing outcomes in a delivery-focused environment.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with ERP platforms and end to end testing functionality
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
• Familiarity with food industry compliance standards (eg, BRC, HACCP, GS1)
