System Engineer

The Position

Are you a system-minded engineer with a passion for automotive innovation and public transport?

We are looking for a System/Vehicle Development Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced vehicle systems - with a special focus on shuttle integration within complex transport ecosystems, to join our team and contribute to ongoing client projects in Utrecht.

Your responsibilities :

• Work on system-level integration, including shuttles, other vehicles, infrastructure, charging stations, and passenger systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end system performance.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and oversee their implementation.
• Contribute to future mobility solutions within the public transport sector.

Your Profile

• You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a system engineering role, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle and system architecture.
• Experience with public transport systems is a strong plus.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to think at both the system and component level.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
