  • Practical understanding of IP networking, Layer 2/3 protocols, VLANs, and site-to-site VPN configurations.
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools and configuration management platforms (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
  • Comfortable navigating hybrid environments including cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of endpoint protection, patching, and mail security best practices.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade monitoring solutions and log analytics tools.
Advantageous
  • Previous experience managing data center operations, migrations, or hybrid cloud integrations.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Mimecast, Veeam, Rubrik, or similar technologies.
  • Holds relevant industry certifications such as VCP, MSCA, AZ-104, or similar.
Who You Are
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and ownership over deliverables.
  • Able to juggle competing priorities and meet tight timelines without sacrificing quality.
  • A collaborative communicator who thrives in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical and forward-thinking, with the ability to preempt issues and recommend scalable solutions.
