System And Compliance Manager

We are seeking a Systems & Compliance Manager with a strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background to ensure that all systems, processes, and operations meet regulatory standards, internal policies, and technical requirements for M&E projects. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance across high-rise and large-scale building projects, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the M&E function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks and processes specific to M&E operations.
• Monitor M&E systems and project activities to ensure adherence to regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and inspections of M&E works, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on compliance, quality standards, and best practices in M&E.
• Maintain records and documentation to demonstrate compliance for audits and client requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and internal stakeholders on M&E compliance matters.
• Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements for operational and regulatory compliance.
• Report on compliance performance, risks, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in systems or compliance management within M&E or building services.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and industry standards.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and quality frameworks.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train, guide, and influence teams.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
