SysOps Engineer

• Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts to ensure system reliability and high availability
• Manage networks, servers, and storage resources, including AWS VPC, EC2, and related services
• Lead infrastructure enhancements and process improvements using cloud native tooling and best practices
• Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, UX Designers, and other stakeholders in an Agile, team focused environment that values pair programming, whiteboarding, and peer reviews
• Hands on AWS experience (minimum 2 years managing secure, high availability workloads)
• Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Familiarity with scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/alerting platforms
• AWS certifications (or a willingness to pursue them)
• A proactive mindset with strong problem solving skills and experience handling incidents effectively
