Syndicated Finance Officer

A financial institution is seeking a motivated individual to join its team in a junior role focused on loan syndication and distribution. This position involves supporting deal execution, managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external financial institutions, and assisting with market research and portfolio reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loan syndication and distribution processes
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions
• Support documentation, drawdowns, and investor communications
• Conduct market and deal data analysis
• Prepare reports for management and head office

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance (syndication preferred)
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• A-level education or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
