Job Description
Love Recruitment International is seeking a Fitness Manager for a premium Sydney club, open to UK candidates relocating on a Working Holiday Visa. You will lead the gym floor and PT teams, drive a new PT model launching in 2026, and manage budgeting and member experience.
A visa sponsorship route is available after six months. Offer includes AU$80k base, up to 15% annual bonus, superannuation and full club membership, with ongoing training and a clear progression path in a top-tier Australian
