Job Description

Love Recruitment International is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead the gym floor and Personal Training teams in Sydney, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance. The role centers on launching a new PT model in 2026 and improving member engagement within a premium club.

You will report to the General Manager, manage budgets and KPIs, and have the flexibility to shape how the department operates while pursuing visa-relevant relocation from the UK on a Working Holiday Visa.
