Job Description

Love Recruitment International is recruiting a Fitness Manager in Sydney for a premium health, racquets and lifestyle club. You will lead the gym floor and Personal Training teams, drive the rollout of a new PT model in 2026, and report to the General Manager.

UK applicants on a Working Holiday Visa can relocate; after six months there is a sponsorship path. The package includes AU$80k base, up to 15% annual bonus, superannuation, and full club membership.
