Job Description
Love Recruitment International is seeking a Fitness Manager for a premium health, racquets and lifestyle club in Sydney. You will lead the gym floor and Personal Training teams, drive the rollout of a new PT model launching in 2026, and manage a high-end member experience under the General Manager.
The role offers AU$80k base, up to 15% annual bonus, full club membership and a clear pathway from Working Holiday Visa to sponsorship after six months, supporting a long-term career in Australia.
