Job Description
Love Recruitment International is recruiting a Fitness Manager for a premium Sydney club. The role leads gym floor and PT teams, drives a new PT model launching in 2026, and oversees standards and member experience.
UK candidates on a Working Holiday Visa are eligible with a six month sponsorship pathway. The package includes AU$80k base, up to 15% bonus, superannuation, and full club membership, with flexibility for PT hours beyond shifts.
