Water Babies is the largest baby swimming school in the world with international franchises in the US, Ireland, Canada and the Netherlands. We operate a network of over 50 family run franchise businesses that began in Yorkshire in 2002 and now teach in excess of 50,000 babies a week across the globe.

About the role

We're looking for extraordinary people to become part of the Water Babies family and inspire our next generation of swimmers. You don't need any previous experience; training will be provided at every turn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infant & pre school swimming lessons as part of the Water Babies programme.
• Support children in achieving milestones and develop confidence in water safety.
• Assist with lesson preparation, equipment set up and class maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming setting for all participants.

Training & Development

The role is subject to successful completion of our world class teacher training programme. The programme is unpaid and includes a 6 day residential course, online tutored modules delivered by senior tutors, a supported e learning package, and a schedule of mentored and assessed practical teaching with your local Water Babies team. We will be with you through every step of your journey.

Part time & Weekend Availability

Part time hours are offered, with availability to work on a Saturday or Sunday.
