Locations: Larne, Carrickfergus & Ballymena
Pay: £20 per session

About the Role

As a Swim Teacher, you'll play a key role in helping people of all ages and abilities develop confidence and skills in the water while promoting health, wellbeing and water safety across the community.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and high-quality swimming lessons
Provide swimming opportunities for all members of the community
Adapt lessons to meet the needs of different groups and abilities
Work closely with Duty Officers to ensure successful session delivery
Set up and maintain equipment safely
Promote a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
Support community, school and club-based swimming initiatives
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures

Essential Criteria

Recognised Swimming Teacher Qualification (Level 2 ASA, STA or Swim Ireland)
Minimum 1 year's swimming teaching experience
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle, or access to suitable transport to fulfil the duties of the role
