Swimming Instructor L1

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Swim Teachers to work across South Holderness on a contracted basis. We are keen to employ individuals who enjoy working with others and have excellent customer service skills, helping us deliver high-quality swimming lessons to both children and adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver fun, engaging, and structured swimming lessons
• Work in line with the STA ILSP (Swimming Teachers Association International Learn to Swim Programme)
• Maintain and support the delivery of high-quality lessons for children and adults
• Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Act as a role model, creating an enthusiastic and enjoyable learning environment

Person Specification:

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated
• Passion for teaching and working with people of all ages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Knowledge of STA ILSP
• Relevant swim teaching qualification (desirable/essential depending on requirements)
