Swim Programme Lead - Growth, Safety & Team Development

Virgin Active is seeking a Swim Co-ordinator to run and develop the group and individual Swim programme in Greater London. This role includes managing Swim instructors and ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines and innovative teaching standards.

The ideal candidate will possess an ASA Level 2/STA Full Swim Instructor Qualification and has excellent people skills, a flexible approach, and strong organisational abilities.
