Swim Program Manager: Lead Classes & Team Growth

Virgin Active is seeking a Manager to lead our Swim Team and implement a world-class swim programme. You will motivate staff to deliver outstanding teaching across classes from Parent and Baby to Swim Clubs and Adult lessons, creating an engaging experience for members.

The role requires a Level 2 ASA/STA qualification, strong leadership and excellent communication to inspire and develop the team, with flexibility across the Swim timetable and Club opening hours.
