As a Swim Manager at our Hemel Hempstead Wellbeing Centre, you should hold an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or have relevant managerial experience, particularly in delivering commercial targets. You should be passionate about encouraging multiple generations to swim, possess strong team working skills, and bring an infectious enthusiasm that motivates those around you.

About the Role

• Ensure clients, from complete beginners to experienced swimmers, enjoy their time at our pool through your passion and enthusiasm for swimming.

• Report directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager as part of the Management Team.

• Take full responsibility for swim class programming, including management, governance, and active promotion of the swim classes timetable.

• Drive continual improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.

• Model responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members.
