Blast Off Bay in Goddard, KS is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team for our newly launching Tiny Fins Swim School. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach children and adults how to swim in a fun and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to individuals or small groups
• Ensure the safety of all swimmers in the pool area
• Evaluate swimmers' progress and provide feedback
• Develop and implement lesson plans
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

Requirements

• Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard
• Current lifeguard certification
• Strong swimming ability and knowledge of different strokes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient and enthusiastic demeanor
