Swahili Safety QA & Operations Analyst

TikTok is seeking a Safety Model Operations Quality Assurance Analyst (Swahili) to uphold quality in moderation workflows from our Dublin offices. You will perform audits, report findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and SMART goals in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Swahili and English is required, with 1+ year QA or policy experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and familiarity with content moderation or ML-informed labeling will be advantageous.
