Social Worker - Family Support & Safeguarding

Up to £38.00 per hour East Midlands 37 hours p/w, hybrid

About the role:

• Working in accordance with the authorities practice framework
• Compliance with legislation and departmental policies
• Maintaining timely, accurate and clear written records, writing reports
• Working effectively with children, their families and colleagues from a range of different agencies to plan, coordinate and review outcome focused plans
• Modeling strengths based approach
• Regular supervision
• Contributing to practice and service development
• Opportunities for relevant training and development
• Any responsibilities regarded as within the nature of the duties and responsibilities
• Work in accordance with Social Work England

What you need:

• A degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Registered with Social Work England
• At least 3 years PQE direct employment within English Local Authorities
• Completed relevant post-qualifying training
• Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication and written skills
