Sustainable Modern British Sous Chef - Lead & Mentor

THE PIG - on the beach, Studland, Swanage, BH19 3AU, is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef across one of our four kitchen sections. We champion local suppliers within a 25-mile radius and grow our produce in-house to craft ever-changing, modern British menus.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain health and safety standards, handle ordering and rotas, and share expertise with our apprentices. This role offers opportunity to progress to Senior Sous across properties.
