You will inspire staff and volunteers, drive donations and sales, and ensure a welcoming, well-presented shop that reflects our mission of supporting hospice care.

You'll champion Gift Aid, manage stock and budgets, and keep operations compliant with safety rules, while delivering excellent customer service and community engagement.
