We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled SustainabilitySpecialistto join our Sustainability + Environmental Design team. This is a uniqueopportunity to work on globally significant projects, alongside some of the most talentedprofessionals in architecture, engineering, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support whole-life carbon assessments on high-profile international projects.
• Integrate circular economy principles and materials reuse strategies from early conceptthrough to end-of-life.
• Use advanced tools and workflows including OneClick LCA, BIM, and parametric modelling todrive sustainable material choices.
• Translate complex carbon and circularity data into clear visual communications andpractical design guidance.
• Work collaboratively across disciplines within a fully integrated design studioenvironment.
• Contribute to the development of internal digital tools and sustainability strategies.
• For senior candidates: mentor team members, facilitate client workshops, and representsustainability at key project stages.

About You

• Professional background in architecture, engineering, or environmental design.
• 3-7+ years of experience working on embodied carbon, LCA, and circular design within thebuilt environment.
• Proficient with tools and standards such as EN 15978, RICS NRM, ISO 14040, LETI benchmarks,and GLA WLC guidance.
• Skilled in OneClick LCA or similar tools (e.g. SimaPro, Tally) and confident usingRevit/BIM workflows.
• Strong communicator, both visually and verbally, with the ability to influence andcollaborate across design teams.
• A deep commitment to advancing sustainable design and making real-world impact through yourwork.
