Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SustainabilityProgram Manager to lead and coordinate ESG, climate, and corporatesustainability initiatives across a leading global organization. The successfulcandidate will have a proven track record of delivering net-zero strategies,managing cross-functional sustainability programs, and ensuringalignment with regulatory frameworks such as TCFD, CDP,and SBTi.

As the Sustainability Program Manager, you will drive thedevelopment and implementation of corporate environmental strategies, trackperformance against carbon reduction goals, and engage stakeholders atall levels to foster a culture of sustainability and climate responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

• Design,implement, and oversee corporate sustainability and ESG programs
  
• Leadstakeholder engagement across departments to align business operationswith sustainability goals
  
• Developand manage carbon footprint assessments, GHG reporting, and emissionreduction plans
  
• Monitorand report on progress against internal targets and external frameworks(e.g., SBTi, TCFD, CDP)
  
• Liaisewith consultants, auditors, and partners to support ESG disclosures andexternal ratings
  
• Tracksustainability metrics and present to executive leadership
  
• Ensurecompliance with emerging regulations, voluntary frameworks, and client ESGexpectations
  
• Identifyopportunities to embed sustainability into supply chain, operations, andproduct lifecycle
  

Requirements Required Skills

• In-depthknowledge of corporate sustainability, carbon accounting,and ESG reporting standards
  
• Familiaritywith SBTi, CDP, GHG Protocol, TCFD, and CSRD
  
• Strongproject management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication for reporting and stakeholder engagement
  
• Proficiencyin MS Excel, Power BI, or carbon management platforms (e.g.,Sphera, Persefoni)
  

Desired Skills

• Degreeor postgraduate qualification in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Policy, or similar
  
• Familiaritywith ISO 14001, LCAs, and circular economy principles
  
• Experienceengaging with procurement or supply chain sustainability initiatives
  
• Dataanalysis and dashboard reporting tools experience
  
• LEED,IEMA, or other professional certifications a plus
