Surveyor Valuation - Student Accommodation

An opportunity has arisen for one of the best Student accommodation teams in the business.

My client is looking for chartered surveyor in the valuation team.

The successful candidate will need to evidence a clear choice of residential property over commercial; a genuine interest and ideally experience in student housing; and have both a strong understanding of valuations and the ability to produce reports to a high standard.

An opportunity to cover the UK and visit some of the UK's key university towns and cities.

My client is looking for someone to work out of their London office.

You will have:

MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer

Be able to demonstrate understanding of, and interest in, the residential market and the student housing sector.
