Are you ready to dive into a role that will fast-track your career in asset valuations?

We're looking for a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join a national Asset Valuation Services team that's making waves in the public sector. With a range of portfolios ranging from 10 to 1,000 properties, you'll be working on large-scale, high-impact projects for councils and public bodies across the UK.

What You'll Do

• Deliver asset valuations for large public sector portfolios
• Support lease consultancy and client-side lease advisory work
• Assist with audit-related valuation services
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to a national strategy and team development

Desired Skills and Experience

MRICS qualified or working towards qualification
Experience in valuations or general practice surveying
