Surgical XR Deployment Engineer - On Site Field Lead

XRlabs LTD. is seeking a Deployment Engineer to bring the edge stack, XR hardware and hospital network into live operating rooms. You will lead on-site hospital deployments, install, calibrate and train local teams, and create a repeatable runbook for future sites.

Based in London or able to work in person three or more days per week when not on site, you will split 30-50% on-site travel to UK and US sites, manage live monitoring, updates, and field feedback to product teams.
