Electronics Production Operative (SMT) role within our expanding electronics manufacturing team.

Primary responsibilities include operating SMT machinery, selecting relevant programs, and populating Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).

Work within the SMT cell, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and executing relevant programs for PCB assembly.

Utilize skills in interpreting assembly build documents and conducting inspection and touch-up of PCBS.

Demonstrate confidence in working with machinery, with full training provided.

Ideally, possess experience in an SMT facility or manufacturing environment.

Willingness to learn new skills required to operate the SMT line.

Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Excellent attention to detail, good eyesight, and dexterity for accurate performance of repetitive tasks.

Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.
