A new vacancy for a Senior Associate with a Banking/Finance background to join this well-established award winning law firm.

The firm acts for global insurance companies, providing high value guarantee and on demand bond facilities to their customers - supporting them both domestically and overseas.

You will work on the following:

• Facility agreements
• Recourse arrangements
• Guarantee / on demand bond wordings
• Security documentation
• Intercreditor arrangements
• Risk participation and sharing arrangements

Experience with LMA documentation is important.

Part of the role will involve advising clients on new market opportunities in the financial services sector.

Qualifications: 8+ PQE with experience in finance and banking, in house or in a law firm.

While some experience in the surety sector is beneficial, it is not a pre requisite; support and training will be provided.
