Surbiton Shop Manager - Lead Team & Grow Community Impact

The Children's Society is seeking a passionate Shop Manager for our Surbiton shop. This role sits in our Retail Domain and leads a team to deliver excellent customer service, community engagement and income generation.

You will work a 37-hour week, including Sundays and Bank Holidays, to drive shop performance and volunteers. We offer enhanced maternity/paternity leave, pension matching up to 8%, free counselling, skills development, and two days of paid volunteering per year.
