Supporters' House Host

National Gallery Global is looking for a warm, confident and proactive Supporters' House Host to be the welcoming face of Supporters' House at the National Gallery. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our Members, Patrons, Donors and Corporate Partners, ensuring every visit feels special, seamless and memorable.

As the first point of contact within Supporters' House, you will set the tone for each guest's visit. With genuine warmth and professionalism, you will build meaningful relationships with our supporters, recognising returning guests, anticipating needs, and creating a strong sense of community.

You'll take ownership of the guest journey, from welcoming and checking in visitors, to responding to enquiries in person and by email, to ensuring feedback is captured and acted upon. Working closely with colleagues across Development, Events, Catering and Security, you'll help create a joined-up, exceptional experience.

We are recruiting for two posts, both based onsite:

• Full-time position, working 37.5 hrs a week, across a 7 day rota pattern.
• Part-time 20 per week on Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
