Supported Living Scheme Manager: Lead Inclusive Housing

Grace Eyre is recruiting a Supported Living Scheme Manager for a brand-new specialist service in Hove. This role will lead a team to provide safe, person-centred support in 28 accessible apartments with communal spaces and a rooftop garden.

You will oversee staff, ensure quality and compliance with social care legislation, and work with stakeholders to create a vibrant, empowering living environment for residents living with acquired brain injuries and disabilities.
