Job Title: Supported Living Manager (Clinical)
Location: Lancing, West Sussex (additional service opening soon!)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000+ per year (reviewed annually)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, with on call duties)
This is a clinical role, so a nursing background in complex care would be advantageous.

About the RoleAs a Supported Living Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and support individuals in their own homes in Lancing, as well as at a new service opening soon.
You will support individuals who:
- Have autism and learning disabilities
- Communicate their needs effectively
- Require support with epilepsy management
- May experience periods of dysregulated behaviour
Your role is to create a structured, safe, and engaging environment where individuals can thrive. You will also use your clinical expertise to support wider services with protocols, guidance, and staff training.
Who We're Looking For- Experienced manager, ideally within autism and learning disability services
- Nursing qualification with active PIN
- Confident, inspiring leader who can motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Mileage allowance for community visits
- Ongoing training and career development opportunities
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)
