Supported Accommodation Manager - Tameside, Manchester

We are seeking a skilled manager to lead a 19 bed service caring for young people aged .

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage a team to deliver high quality care within a supported accommodation setting for young people aged .
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, safeguarding, and compliance are maintained.
• Implement and review support plans, conduct assessments, and monitor young people's progress.
• Collaborate with external agencies, families, and multi disciplinary teams to promote growth, resilience, and belonging.
• Lead on policies, procedures, and crisis management, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Conduct staff appraisals, supervisions, and organise training to support team development.
• Be flexible to work Monday to Friday but on occasions on a sleep in shift where needed and participate in a 1 in 8 on call rota.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience leading a similar CYP focused service, ideally within supported accommodation.
• Level 4 or 5 in CYP or adult care; leadership experience in a CYP setting is essential.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting young people.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
