Avalon Group has an exciting new service in Heworth, York (Adult Social Care), supporting four ladies to live independent, fulfilling lives - and we're looking for experienced, compassionate Support Workers to help make this happen.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing, comfort, and safety of the people we support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
• Supporting people with daily living, independence and wellbeing
• Working with enhanced health-related support needs
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion every day

What We're Looking For

Previous care experience required

• Experience with epilepsy, diabetes, non-verbal support or enhanced health-related support needs is highly desirable
• Compassionate, reliable and caring individuals
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
