Support Worker (weekends only) at Positive Steps Limited

SW needed for weekends only, helping us deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will support clients with daily living, personal care, and social activities, while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

• Providing personal and emotional care
• Assisting with meals, medication, and daily living tasks
• Escorting clients to appointments/social activities
• Supporting hobbies, independence, and community involvement
• Promoting safeguarding, health, safety, and infection control
• Keeping accurate records

• Caring, approachable, and trustworthy nature
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding
• Applicants must hold a driving license and have a car for work purposes
