Support Worker needed in L8 Liverpool with car

Overview

Looking for a support worker with a car in the L8 area of Liverpool (Toxteth, Sunnyside) to help a disabled woman with laundry, meal preparation, pet care, washing dishes, and errands.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laundry, making food, and washing dishes.
• Take the dogs out and feed pets.
• Help the patient with drinking and eating.
• Run small errands such as buying a few items from the shop.
• Provide community outreach: accompany the patient to parks or shops in a wheelchair as needed.

Schedule and Hours

5 days a week for 20 hours per week (morning call and tea-time call) including 2 extra hours weekly community reach. Flexible split of hours between two caregivers to stay under 16 hours if needed.

Payment

Direct payments through the council £12.21 per hour. Plus a £50 cash bonus each month.
