Support Worker: Empower Independence & Care (Flexible Hours)

Cygnet Group in Hexham is seeking confident Support Workers to joinOaklands to help improve lives across 24, 36 or 42 hours per week. You'll work with residents with learning disabilities and complex needs, providing day-to-day support, guidance and care, including medical and welfare assistance and safeguarding procedures.

We offer progression via an apprenticeship scheme, flexible hours including days/nights/alternate weekends, and on-site benefits.
