We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.
You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Beacon House.
Beacon House is a specialist residential service in West Yorkshire supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

Main duties of the job- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with and report on medical & welfare needs
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
- Supporting service users to access the community, to attend activities, work, college, hobbies, days out & holidays
- Supporting the service users to grow, develop & learn through engaging them in tasks such as cooking & cleaning

- Salary: £13.15 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour after three months (£29,435.70 first year), rising to £13.70ph after 18 months
