Support Worker (Day/Night) - Community Living Care

Priory Supported Living Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Opportunities exist for day or night shifts with hours roughly 7:30am-9:30pm or 9:15pm-7:45am, supporting residents with varied needs in their own homes within the community.

You will help with daily living tasks, encourage participation in activities, and work with experienced staff to implement care plans while maintaining records and safeguarding confidentiality.
