Support Worker - Driffield, East Riding of Yorkshire. Salary: £13.25-£16.35 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide person centred care in residential homes, supported living and the community.
• Help people build confidence and develop life skills.
• Offer emotional support and promote independence.

Requirements

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience within the last 3 years.
• Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Integrity, respect, empathy and other core qualities valued by the agency.
