Support Worker

Service: Endurance Care Limited - Cromer Road, Norwich

Endurance Care Norwich is part of National Care Group, helping to support young adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.

Salary £12.71 per hour / £26,436.80 per annum (Based on 40 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team in Norwich.

• You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.
• You will help plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
• You will help plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.
• You will make a positive impact on someone's life by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.

• A team player, able to work effectively with other colleagues.
• Resilience to keep going at difficult times and the confidence to ask for support if needed.
