Job Description
Support Worker - Alfreton Project 
Temp - Perm
Early Shift from 07:45
Late Shift finish 20:00
37.5 hours Monday - Friday
The role:- Working for a Housing Association
- Supporting young people within care, including UASC
- Supporting towards independence and living in their own property
- Supporting with education, health, and day to day support
- Working with 16-18 care leavers, in Supported Accommodation
- (unaccompanied asylum seeking children)
An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS is Required for this role
