What You'll Do

• Provide person-centred support that helps people achieve their goals.

• Support with care plans, risk assessments, medication and accurate record keeping.
• Promote dignity, safeguarding and positive behaviour support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and professionals.
• Be flexible with shifts to support the smooth running of services.

• (Desirable) Care Certificate and experience supporting diverse needs.
