Pay rate starts at £12.51 up to £14.01 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Terms & Conditions apply). Typical shifts: 7:30am 9:30pm, 7:30pm 2:30pm, and 2:30pm 9:30pm.
MUST have a valid full UK driving licence.

We're hiring genuinely caring, hands on Support Workers to enhance the quality of life for individuals we support. As a support worker, you'll help people gain independence in daily life, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people at our residential service in Doncaster. You'll assist with personal care, teach new life skills, encourage local community access, socialise, and lead activities. Days may involve outings to local pubs, video games, movies or cinema trips.
This is an amazing role for those who want to make a difference, helping clients achieve goals such as cooking for themselves or going on holiday.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Teach life skills and promote independence
- Encourage and support access to local communities and services
- Provide companionship and facilitate social activities
- Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
- Support clients with mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and trauma
- Maintain safety and wellbeing of clients during outings and activities
- Work flexible shift patterns including evenings, weekends and overnight shifts
- Full UK driving licence
- Resilience, flexibility and composure in your approach
- Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
- Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and trauma
