Arthur Morrison Care Services is recruiting Mental Health Support Workers to join our supported living service in Tottenham. This is a rewarding role supporting adults with mental health needs to live independently and achieve positive outcomes.

Pay Rate

£13.85ph

Shift Patterns

• Long shifts: 8:00am - 8:00pm

• Short shifts available: 8-hour shifts within the above hours

• Flexible rota to meet service and staff needs

Key Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred mental health support

• Promoting independence, daily living skills, and wellbeing

• Supporting service users with routines, appointments, and activities

• Maintaining accurate records and following care plans

• Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals

Requirements

• Previous care experience is essential (mental health experience preferred)

• A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work shifts, including weekends

• Non-drivers are welcome to apply
