We are recruiting for a range of shift patterns, such as full time nights, with a minimum of 3 nights working alternate weekends. We are also recruiting for day staff, working 40 hours per week, on a rolling rota including alternate weekends.

About The RoleThis role is based within a residential care home, providing consistent support to residents in a safe and nurturing environment. The home operates on a round the clock basis, offering a range of shift patterns to ensure continuity of care at all times. This includes weekday, weekend, and overnight shifts, with staff working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high quality care and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You'll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Individual Outcome and Well Being: Implement person centred support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
- Activity Planning: Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
