Support Worker

Hart House is an open supported living unit and is staffed 24 hours per day. Staff have vast experience working with people with dual diagnosis and those with a forensic history.

Support is delivered by incorporating various aspects, including social and practical skills training and risk management. Support plans are recovery-based and devised with service users' maximum input. Continuous assessments are undertaken and reviewed to evaluate the changing needs of the service users.

We are recruiting Support Worker (Nights) to work with our team!

What You'll be Doing

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
• Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 1+ years' experience as a support worker
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained
