We are seeking a compassionate and Skilled Support Workers to join our team at a 20-bedded dementia residential home. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents during the night. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for dementia care, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be Doing

• Provide care and support to residents
• Monitor residents' well-being and respond to their needs
• Maintain accurate records and follow care guidelines.
• Ensure a safe and calm environment throughout the night
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional care

What You'll Need

• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
• Understanding of Dementia Care Practices
• Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.
• Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
