Mencap is on the lookout for passionate Support Workers (Drivers essential) to join our amazing team in Hemel Hempstead.

What's the role all about?As a Support Worker, you'll be supporting people with learning disabilities to live their best lives. You'll work with a wonderfully diverse group of individuals, each with their own strengths, personalities, and goals.

What we're looking for:- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Great communication skills and the ability to build real relationships
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive, empathetic attitude
- A full UK driving licence
No previous experience? No problem. Your values and personality matter most-we'll train you!
All our services provide 24-hour care, but don't worry-we plan rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, so you can still plan your social life!
- Day shifts: Between 07:00-22:00
- Sleep ins: 22:00-07:00
- Enhanced flat rate of £64.20 per sleep in
